Great service!!!! I love my Mini Truck!!

I recently placed an inquiry for a Suzuki Carry. While the initial response was very fast, I had asked if there were any videos of the truck starting and running (to see how it works, sounds, and see if it smoked at all). The first response indicated that a sales rep would follow up with me. I did not get a follow up, so I emailed again, but did not get a response. I would have been fine if the response was that videos are not available, but the lack of response was disappointing. I am still a fan of the Site, but am just wary to purchase with limited information. Thanks

Love that the communication between you and the seller is seen by customer support. They are involved the whole time. They do charge a fee to use a PayPal but it’s totally worth it. The other way would be to wire transfer money but I’d rather use PayPal and have the comfort of security

Vehicle has not shipped yet, but so far customer service has been very prompt on answering questions and explaining the process. If the car comes in good condition there will be nothing I could complain about.
