Ms. Ami was an amazing international sales agent and I could not ask for a better experience.

Customer service aside the photo presentation is very poor. Upon careful examination and enlargement, I was barely able to see what appears as a cracked dash. I did not expect this especially since the car was the most expensive for that model. Had I been shown this earlier I would not have bought this car.

I was expecting details responses, not vague short answers.

Cars from Japan, can do better in communicating proactively. When there is interest in getting a deal done, the communication is fast, but after the transaction has been done, the communication becomes slow or non-existent unless you send emails asking for the status of the process. A recommendation would be to send a weekly update email stating how the order is progressing "OnTime" or "Not OnTime" so there are no gaps of days/weeks without knowing how the order is progressing.
