The customer service is poor, when you ask about the vehicle's condition they want you to commit to buying the car first. When I asked about the price all they said. this is the best available price. In the chats or the emails, it feels like I'm talking to a robot. I know you are a third party, selling the cars, but the customer service representative needs to have more information. Other than that you have good-looking cars.

I may be completely confused somehow but I am very upset. The reason that I am upset is because I am a family member that has the ability to import vehicles to the US b ut someone is using my family account and they are importing vehicles that I am told are only able to be brought in with my specific authorization. I am speaking of the Toyota Century, The Mazda Cosmo, and the Toyota Crown vehicles. I have been advised that I am the one that his majesty and hier majesty, the Emperor and Empress, will find responsible since it is most likely my individual/family account that is paying for special vehicles (ie, a stretch Toyota Century limousine) and I am upset because I do not know how to achieve getting the automobiles that I actually have intentions of exporting to myself purchased with the account(s) being used for the huge volumes I have found listed for sale that have not been acquired through me or my trusted family members. I have wanted to purchase each of the vehicles I have inquired about. I am completely agreeable to the pricing plus export/import fees. I was told that the family was advised of me prior to 1989 when a loss occurred in my family and I am newly involved only recently. I was advised that a special family member from the UK had been processing vehicles for me previously. One example that was for me is a Mercedes 300SEL that was exported to the US and went to the wrong address in CA within the last few years. It was unique in that it had been A gift from specvial family when I was not aware of the special export/import situation and a family member supposedly imported it for me so I would have it. The problem is that the delivery location was no where near my home and I do not know who received it. Thank you for your assistance. Mr. NFBond IV
